Humane way of training

Mr. B is a staunch believer of training dogs humanely. He trains dogs with "Correction-Guidance-Praise" philosophy. While it's natural for us to respond to a dog's mistake with a correction such as shouting "NO", if we don't follow it up with Guidance and Praise, the dog doesn't learn to differentiate between good and bad choices. His training method emphasizes verbal communication, and communication through body language. With this method of training, dog owners are learning just as much as the dog.
